Role Mission
Build and operate Gennomic’s content production and distribution engine to increase awareness, credibility, and inbound interest among our target customers.
Your role is to produce high-quality, research-driven, ICP-focused content daily, aligned with Gennomic’s GTM and outbound initiatives.
This is a performance-driven execution role, not a generic social media internship.
Core Responsibilities
Content Quality & Research Standards
- Every piece of content must be thoroughly researched, insight-driven, and relevant to Gennomic’s ICP (Shopify brands, DTC founders, Growth leaders, and AI-driven businesses).
- Generic, surface-level, or copy-paste AI content is strictly not acceptable. All posts must include clear insights, examples, proof points, screenshots, or original analysis wherever possible.
- Content must be highly engaging and aligned with Gennomic’s brand voice and positioning. Quality and relevance always take priority over volume.
Multi-Platform Distribution & Engagement
- Content creation and distribution must extend beyond LinkedIn and include Reddit, Medium, relevant blogs, and other strategic platforms where our ICP actively engages.
- You are responsible for adapting and publishing content natively for each platform, ensuring it fits the format, tone, and audience expectations of that platform.
- Actively support multi-platform visibility, engagement, and distribution to maximize reach, awareness, and inbound interest.
- Work closely with the GTM team to ensure content aligns with outbound campaigns, target accounts, and inbound growth initiatives.
Content Creation & Production
Produce high-quality content in formats such as:
- Image posts
- Carousels
- Short videos
- Visual explainers
Quality and relevance are more important than volume.
Content Publishing & Distribution
- Publish content daily on LinkedIn and other defined platforms
- Optimize formatting and presentation for engagement and clarity
- Maintain consistency and discipline in publishing
Content Output Expectations
Minimum required publishing cadence:
Weeks 1-4:
Minimum 2 high-quality posts per day
Remaining 60 days:
Minimum 3-4 high-quality posts per day
Quality and ICP relevance are mandatory.
Low-quality or generic content, generated solely by the LLM, is not acceptable.
GTM Alignment
- Work closely with the GTM team to support outbound and inbound initiatives
- Create content aligned with target accounts and active campaigns
- Support overall pipeline generation indirectly through content
Performance Expectations
Success in this role is measured by:
- Consistency and quality of content production
- Alignment with ICP and GTM initiatives
- Discipline, execution speed, and ownership
This role requires disciplined execution, strong research capability, and ownership. Only high-quality, well-researched, and high-impact content is acceptable.
