We are seeking a disciplined, process-driven

Senior Operations Manager

to lead and strengthen operational excellence across service delivery, compliance, and team management. This role is ideal for

retired Army Officers / ex-servicemen

who are transitioning or have transitioned into corporate operations, bringing strong command, execution discipline, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end operations including client onboarding, documentation, case processing, and service delivery. Establish and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operational discipline across teams. Drive timely execution, accuracy, and quality control in all operational activities. Mentor and manage multi-level teams, instilling accountability, ownership, and performance culture. Monitor operational KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement. Handle client escalations and maintain high standards of service delivery. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Senior Leadership for seamless operations. Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile Ex-Army Officer / Retired Defence Personnel (Captain, Major, Lt. Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent). 8–15+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, command, or unit management. Proven experience in leading large teams and complex operations. Strong exposure to process management, discipline enforcement, and crisis handling. Corporate operations experience in consulting, immigration, security, facility management, or service-based organizations is a plus.
