Job Description

: Ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual and video content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Deep understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated design. Strong artistic sensibility with mastery of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems. Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in solving design challenges. Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Strong communication skills and command of English (verbal and written). Proven ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the overall creative output of the team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design and multimedia production, with a proven track record in video creation, editing, and motion graphics. Experience working in digital-first environments (consultancies, agencies, or in-house creative units).

Skills and Software Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Professional proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual storytelling, and video production workflows. Experience with digital and UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Familiarity with 3D design or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D, Maya) is an advantage. Strong presentation and visualization skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
