US IT Staffing Sales team

and are looking for high-energy sales professionals who understand the

US staffing ecosystem

and can drive revenue from day one.

Role Overview

As a

US IT Staffing Sales professional , you will be responsible for

acquiring new US clients , managing accounts, and driving staffing revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. This is a

pure sales & revenue role

— ownership, targets, commissions, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate new business from

US clients

for IT staffing services (Contract / C2C / W2 / Full-time). Identify, prospect, and onboard

Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners . Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through

cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals . Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions. Client & Account Management

Manage end-to-end client relationships including rate negotiation, SLAs, and closures. Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely submission and closures. Handle

MSA, NDA, Vendor onboarding , and compliance coordination. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Market Intelligence

Stay updated with US staffing trends, bill rates, hot skills, and hiring cycles. Track competitor activities and pricing benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

2+ years of

US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development

experience. Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) | MSPs, VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) Proven experience in

client acquisition and revenue generation . Excellent communication & negotiation skills (verbal + written). Comfortable working in

US night shifts . Good to Have

Existing US client or vendor network. Experience selling niche skills (Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP). Experience working with offshore recruitment teams.
