Key Responsibilities-

- Create compelling, platform-native content for Reddit and Quora communities. - Write insightful answers, posts, and discussion threads aligned with brand voice and strategy. - Manage and grow brand accounts through meaningful engagement. - Monitor brand mentions and craft strategic responses to maintain positive reputation. - Research trending topics and identify content opportunities within relevant communities. - Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements-

- Fresher or early-career candidate with strong writing skills and a passion for content creation. - Basic understanding of Reddit and Quora platforms (personal usage experience is a plus). - Strong eagerness to learn Reddit community guidelines, engagement strategies, and moderation dynamics. - Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different communities. - Research-oriented mindset with curiosity about trends and online discussions. - Proactive attitude, willingness to experiment, and openness to feedback.
