What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on

direct sourcing . Act as a

Talent Advisor , sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers. Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legislation. Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, professional feedback. Collaborate with Candidate Relationship Specialists to build and maintain

pre-qualified talent pools . Monitor recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For: 10–12 years of experience

in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably in the

banking domain . Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
