Key Responsibilities
Design daily social media creatives as per approved content calendar.
Create:
Static posts
Carousels
Informational creatives
Campaign creatives
Event-based posts
Basic motion graphics
Ensure visual alignment with government communication tone, guidelines and compliance standards.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, branding elements, and official templates.
Adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ensure accuracy in Hindi text placement, spellings, and formatting (in coordination with the content team).
Work closely with content writers and video editors to deliver cohesive communication.
Incorporate feedback from government authorities and revise creatives accordingly.
Non-negotiable Eligibility Requirement:
Educational background: Graduate or above in Marketing/ Journalism/ Mass Communication or related field.
Relevant work experience: Minimum 3+ years in Social Media design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of Hindi typography and text layout (ability to identify spelling and formatting errors).
Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media design formats and trends.
Ability to design clean, structured, and information-heavy creatives.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in design execution.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle revisions patiently.
Structured workflow and deadline-driven mindset.
Familiarity with government communication sensitivity is an added advantage.
Experience working on government or PSU social media accounts (preferred).
