Role Overview

We are looking for an

Assistant Manager – Bulk Recruitment 500 plus

hiring who can independently manage high-volume hiring for Fintech sales roles and lead a team of recruiters to meet aggressive closure timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bulk hiring for Fintech/BFSI sales roles (Field Sales, Tele Sales, BDEs, etc.)

Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters

Drive daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure quick closures

Coordinate with business stakeholders for manpower planning

Ensure adherence to hiring timelines, quality, and compliance

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reporting

Candidate Profile

4–6 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring

Strong exposure to Fintech / BFSI sales recruitment

Experience in handling recruiters and driving numbers

Good stakeholder and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
