Architect - Environmental Analyst

AQURA Enviro Projects Pvt Ltd is a NABET accredited ‘A’ Category Consultant recognized by the Quality Council of India (QCI) for conducting environmental studies for development projects. The organization specializes in design engineering for renewable energy solutions, water treatment systems, solid waste management, and offers a range of environmental consultancy services. These include Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), Social Impact Assessments (SIA/SMP), and Risk and Hazard Studies. Based in Mumbai, AQURA also provides turnkey environmental solutions, EPC services, and compliance support for environmental regulations, ensuring sustainable practices for various industries.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3-4 year of

experience in sustainable architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate should

possess working knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. You will

assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of sustainable architectural

projects, supporting senior team members in delivering innovative and efficient

building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and interpret solar/shadow analysis, daylight simulations, wind flow

analysis, thermal analysis and natural ventilation studies using appropriate

software tools.

- Assist in integrating passive design strategies into architectural concepts and

planning.

- Work with BIM software (such as Revit) to produce accurate and coordinated

models and drawings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEP, structural engineers, and

sustainability consultants.

- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for clients

and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

3-4 year of professional experience with a focus on sustainable architecture and

green building design.

- Practical knowledge in shadow analysis, day lighting, wind flow, and natural

ventilation strategies.

- Proficiency in BIM tools (preferably Revit) and basic knowledge of BIM

coordination.

- Experience with environmental analysis software (e.g., Autodesk Insight,

Ladybug/Honeybee for Grasshopper, Rhino, Climate Studio, or similar).

- Familiarity with sustainability rating systems (LEED, WELL, GRIHA, etc.) is an

advantage.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Portfolio demonstrating sustainable design thinking and technical skills.
