Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Financial Strategy & Planning :
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companyโs long-term growth objectives.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
Drive financial discipline to ensure sustainable profitability and scalability.
2. Fundraising & Debt Management :
Lead debt-raising initiatives from banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and capital markets.
Optimize capital structure and manage cost of borrowing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and credit rating agencies.
3. Risk & Compliance Management :
Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable financial compliance frameworks.
Establish strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory filings, audits, and tax compliance.
4. Business & Financial Performance Monitoring :
Oversee MIS, financial reporting, and data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Drive automation and digitization of financial processes.
5. Treasury & Liquidity Management :
Manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
Optimize working capital management and investment strategies.
Supervise treasury functions including forex exposure and hedging strategies.
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management :
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board in driving business growth.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
Engage with investors, regulators, rating agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance financial credibility.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and financial reporting standards.
Proven expertise in fundraising, debt management, and financial structuring.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
Hands-on experience in digital finance transformation and process automation.
