Houseeazy is hiring a Trade Marketing & Brand Operations professional to drive on-ground
brand visibility and partner engagement. This role focuses on branding at site offices, executing partner and broker events, managing vendors, and ensuring high-quality execution within budget.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring frequent field visits, strong coordination, and tight
cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Site Office Branding
- Plan and execute on-ground branding at project site offices
- Conduct recces to assess branding opportunities, sizes, and material requirements
- Manage production and installation of POSM such as standees, boards, posters, kiosks, and
display units
- Ensure brand guideline consistency across all site branding Channel Partner & Broker Events
- Organize and execute channel partner meets, broker events, and local activations
- Handle venue coordination, branding setup, collateral, and logistics
- Manage on-ground execution to ensure smooth and professional events
- Work closely with Sales teams to drive attendance and engagement
Vendor & Production Management
- Identify and manage vendors for printing, fabrication, and event execution
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables
- Supervise production quality and installation at sites and venues
- Manage dispatch and movement of marketing materials
Budget & Cost Control
- Track spends across trade marketing and events
- Close vendor costs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain basic inventory of reusable branding materials
Brand Visibility & Coordination
- Ensure strong and consistent brand presence across site offices and partner touchpoints
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for artwork approvals and campaign rollouts
- Support on-ground execution of larger marketing initiatives
Digital & Media Coordination (Basic)
- Have a working understanding of media buying and digital campaigns
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align on-ground activities with ongoing campaigns
when required
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, BTL Marketing, or Brand Operations
- Strong experience in on-ground branding, POSM production, and event execution
- Hands-on knowledge of fabrication materials (flex, vinyl, sun board, acrylic, metal frames, etc.)
- Vendor management and negotiation experience
- Ability to manage multiple sites and events simultaneously
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and event supervision
Good to Have
- Experience in real estate, channel salesโdriven businesses, or local market activations
- Exposure to basic digital marketing or media planning concepts
