Job Summary:

- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including: - Discovery - Service Mapping - Event Management - Orchestration - Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, dependency mapping, and maintaining CMDB data integrity. - Solid knowledge of ITIL and ITOM best practices. - ServiceNow CSA and relevant ITOM certifications (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping). - Excellent communication skills with strong ability to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, or similar. - Knowledge of cloud discovery and managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructures. - Background in automation frameworks, orchestration workflows, or runbook automation. - Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist credentials. - Familiarity with DevOps principles and AIOps concepts.
