An Analog Circuit Design Sr. Engineer / Principal Engineer plays a crucial role in the development of analog electronic systems. This position involves overseeing a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of analog circuits and systems, which can range from simple components like amplifiers and filters to complex integrated circuits for various applications.

Responsibilities: Leadership and Supervision:

Lead a team of analog circuit designers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Ensure team cohesion and effective collaboration within the team and with other engineering teams. Design and Development:

Take the lead in designing and developing complex analog circuit systems, including schematic capture, simulation, and layout review. This involves working on components such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, and filters. Project Management:

Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting all technical requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and timelines. Technical Expertise:

Serve as the technical expert in analog circuit design, staying abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and design techniques. Apply this knowledge to innovate and solve complex design challenges. Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the designs meet or exceed the required specifications and industry standards. Address and resolve any issues identified during testing. Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for designs, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible for future reference and compliance purposes. Client Interaction:

Interface with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide technical consultations, and ensure the final product aligns with their expectations. Continuous Improvement:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage the adoption of best practices in analog circuit design and project management. Training and Development:

Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Facilitate professional growth and development within the team. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's,) is preferred. Experience:

Extensive experience of 8- 12 years in analog circuit design, including a proven track record of leading design projects from conception through to production. Experience in supervising or leading a team is highly desirable. Skills:

Expert knowledge of analog electronics principles and design techniques. Proficiency in design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, LTSpice, MATLAB).
