Salesforce Technical Lead -Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) with TPO & TPM

A Reputed IT MNC is hiring Salesforce Technical Lead with strong Business Analysis capabilities and a solid understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) processes.

Experience: 9 years - 13 years

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical implementation and business strategy, leading Salesforce development efforts while also engaging stakeholders to define, refine, and implement TPM/TPO solutions that drive business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture. Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on TPM/TPO initiatives. Deep understanding of TPM lifecycle: promotion planning, funding, claims management, and post-event analysis. Familiarity with TPO solutions like Oracle Demantra, SAP TPO, or Anaplan Trade. Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Application Architect) are a plus.
