Campaign Manager – Google Ads (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India-based preferred)

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Type: Individual Contributor.

CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA (based on experience & performance)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager – Google Ads to fully own and scale our performance marketing efforts.

This is not just an execution role. You’ll be responsible for strategy, creative direction, landing page coordination, optimization, and ROI delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and developers to build high-intent, conversion-focused Google Ads campaigns that drive predictable growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Ownership

- Own Google Ads strategy aligned with business growth goals - Translate business objectives into high-intent search campaigns - Design campaign structures, ad groups, keyword strategies, and bidding plans - Define testing and iteration roadmaps to scale performance

Creative & Messaging (AI-first)

- Use AI tools to: - Create and optimize ad copy (RSAs, extensions) - Develop landing page content and wireframes - Generate creative concepts aligned with user intent - Refine AI outputs to ensure brand consistency and conversion impact - Maintain strong message continuity from ad to landing page

Landing Page & Development Coordination

- Work closely with developers to build and deploy landing pages - Ensure pages are: - Conversion-focused and high-performing - Aligned with campaign intent and keywords - Optimized for speed, usability, and clarity - Own QA and launch readiness before campaigns go live

Google Ads Execution & Optimization

- Set up, launch, and manage Search-focused Google Ads campaigns - Own: - Budget allocation - Bid strategies - Keyword expansion and pruning - Ad strength and Quality Score - Continuously optimize for CPA, conversion rate, and ROI - Analyze search terms and add negatives to reduce waste

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor performance daily and weekly - Diagnose issues and take independent action - Share insights, learnings, and recommendations with leadership - Drive improvements without micromanagement

✅ Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

- 3–6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience - Proven track record managing performance-driven campaigns - Strong understanding of: - Keyword intent and match types - Quality Score - Conversion tracking - Experience working with landing pages and CRO principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience using AI tools for marketing content and ideation - Familiarity with GA4 and conversion attribution - Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks - Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-intent lead generation
