Job Title: Head of Finance – dnata India At dnata Travel Group Contact Centres, we are proud to support our customers as a leading, award-winning travel services provider. We offer expertise across all aspects of the travel industry—from online travel agencies, local agencies, global travel consolidators, and corporate travel, to DMCs and airline representation services.

As the Head of Finance (HoF) – India, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including finance, treasury, invoicing, internal controls, taxation, and insurance. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate management accounting and reporting, both locally and at the group level. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), with a dotted line to dnata Travel’s Head Office Finance, you will support the Executive and Corporate Management teams as a business partner on all strategic and tactical financial matters. These include budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and the financial planning of new projects. In this role, you will: •Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including treasury, invoicing, internal controls, taxation, and insurance. •Act as a strategic business partner to the executive, corporate, and local leadership teams on all finance-related matters. •Actively contribute to the implementation of dnata’s strategy and support business development initiatives. •Lead the finance team, focusing on leadership development, talent management, and succession planning. •Establish and maintain a robust financing strategy to meet current and future investment and development needs, including those related to dnata’s green and sustainability initiatives. •Ensure compliance with all local and group financial reporting requirements, acting as a liaison to regional and global finance teams within dnata. •Manage local revenue and costs, as well as the cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes, proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities. •Ensure the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems and uphold corporate governance frameworks. •Oversee all tax-related matters, including declarations for income tax, VAT, withholding tax, PAYE, and coordinate with external partners. •Serve as the primary contact for all corporate insurance matters. •Develop and maintain professional relationships with banking partners, suppliers, audit firms, and government authorities. •Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency within the finance function. •Lead internal and external audit activities and participate in executive and corporate-level meetings. •Manage the back-office administrative function, providing leadership and implementing procedures to ensure effective business operations.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: •Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a multinational or matrix organization. •Strong technical expertise across finance, taxation, treasury, internal controls, and compliance. •Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. •Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams. •Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. •Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in India. •Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with a hands-on approach.
