About Us Isansys Lifecare India Pvt Ltd, in partnership with Isansys UK ( www.isansys.com), is a digital healthcare company delivering a clinically validated, scalable patient monitoring platform for hospitals. We enable patient safety, operational efficiency, and data-driven care across wards, step-down units, and critical care environments.

The company is promoted by senior leaders from healthcare and IT with over 50+ years of collective experience (IISc alumni). We are building a category-defining presence in wireless patient monitoring across India and global markets.

Product Isansys Patient Status Engine (PSE) is a wireless remote patient monitoring platform with predictive analytics and early warning scores. Core components: FDA & CE Class II approved wearable sensors BLE-enabled bedside gateways (Android tablets) On-premise backend (Windows Server, SQL/MySQL) HL7/FHIR interoperability with hospital HIS/EMR Enterprise-grade security; deployed within hospital IT infrastructure

Skills & Experience Needed We are looking for a high-impact sales leader to own regional growth and enterprise adoption. 6–8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices / HealthTech / Hospital IT Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder hospital deals Experience managing regions, large territories, sales teams, or partner ecosystems Strong executive presence and consultative selling capability with CXOs, clinical leaders, CIOs, and procurement teams Hands-on with CRM, pipeline governance, forecasting, and deal cadence Comfortable with PoC-led enterprise sales cycles and long buying journeys Ability to operate in ambiguity and build GTM structure from the ground up Education:

MBA (Sales/Marketing/Strategy) or Engineering with strong commercial exposure preferred.

Responsibilities The Regional Key Account Manager owns regional revenue and builds a scalable sales engine. Own and deliver regional revenue targets and growth KPIs Build and execute territory plans across hospital chains and enterprise accounts Drive PoC-to-commercial conversion and large-deal closures Build, coach, and manage regional sales teams and channel partners Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CXOs, clinicians, IT, and procurement Position Isansys as a strategic patient safety and digital transformation partner Drive account expansion, renewals, pricing strategy, negotiations, and collections Enforce CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams on GTM programs, KOL engagement, events, and reference accounts Provide structured market feedback to Product and Leadership teams Location & Timing 1 position each in Chennai (Covering TN & KL), Mumbai(Across West), Delhi (Delhi NCR, UP, HR&RJ) & Kolkata (Across East) Field-first role; extensive hospital engagement required Regional travel expected Working hours aligned to hospital operations and business needs Start date: As per mutual agreement
