Overview
JewelExperts.com is entering a deliberate international growth phase and we are looking to engage a
seasoned B2B Lead Generation Consultant
to architect and scale a predictable, performance-driven acquisition engine.
This is a consulting mandate, not a full-time employment role.

What we are looking for
A performance-driven professional who deeply understands:
Full-funnel acquisition strategy
Cost per qualified lead (CPL) optimization
Buyer intent and decision-maker targeting
Sales alignment and pipeline validation
ROI-focused performance management
You should be comfortable being measured on business results — including lead quality, meeting conversion, and scalable funnel performance.

Mandate
Architect, execute, and continuously optimize a performance-driven paid acquisition system that consistently generates qualified B2B opportunities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Take full ownership of the acquisition funnel — from targeting and messaging to landing pages, lead capture, tracking, and optimization
Improve cost per qualified lead (CPL) and increase conversion from lead to qualified sales meeting
Work closely with leadership to ensure pipeline quality, not just lead volume
Identify funnel inefficiencies and implement structured, data-backed optimizations
Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reports with strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Ideal Profile
5+ years of demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads through paid acquisition channels
Proven performance in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or other high-value B2B service environments
Advanced, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with LinkedIn Ads experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of decision-maker targeting, intent signals, and B2B buyer behavior
Strong analytical discipline with the ability to interpret performance data, diagnose funnel inefficiencies, and implement systematic optimizations
Comfortable operating independently with full ownership of measurable growth outcomes
This engagement is intended for experienced performance professionals only and is not suitable for entry-level marketers or generalist agencies without verifiable B2B case studies and measurable results.

Cost per qualified lead (focused on opportunity quality, not vanity metrics)
Strength of lead intent and decision-maker relevance
Conversion rate from lead to qualified sales conversation
Funnel scalability, efficiency, and predictability
Consistent month-over-month performance optimization and measurable growth
Engagement Model
