Role Overview

We are looking for a

technically strong Project Manager

who can manage and execute digital and creative projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the

technical side of content production and web development , not just coordination. You will be responsible for handling international clients, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects such as

video editing, social media management, and website development (WordPress) .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of projects including: Video editing & motion graphics Social media management & engagement Content posting & scheduling Website design & development (WordPress) Coordinate with internal teams (designers, editors, developers) to ensure timely delivery Communicate directly with international clients (US/Canada) and manage expectations Create project timelines, define deliverables, and track progress Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines Understand task complexity and allocate resources accordingly Troubleshoot project bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience handling

international clients Strong understanding of: Video editing workflows (timelines, tools, effort estimation) Social media management & content workflows Website development process (especially WordPress) Ability to estimate timelines: Video editing turnaround time Website development timelines Content production cycles Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a

digital marketing agency or creative agency Hands-on exposure to tools like: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic understanding) WordPress / Elementor / Web builders Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp) Basic technical understanding of design and development processes
