Role Description We are looking for a results-driven

SEO Specialist / Digital Marketing Expert

with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO optimization and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for driving measurable growth through organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO) Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content for search engines Perform technical audits and coordinate with developers to resolve SEO issues Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Plan and execute content marketing strategies Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO & Digital Marketing Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.) Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Search Console Knowledge of PPC campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads) Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting skills Experience in performance marketing Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Familiarity with marketing automation tools Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress
