About the Role
We are looking for an early-career Project Manager (full-time) to support the delivery of multiple technology and data programs at DataFrontier. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring high-quality client delivery.
You will work closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams across data engineering, data analytics, AI/ML, and product development to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with scope, and meet quality expectations.
This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to keep teams aligned across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
Manage day-to-day execution of multiple client and internal projects.
Track deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and delivery trackers.
Cross-Team Alignment
Coordinate work between data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and product teams.
Ensure clear communication of project requirements and updates across stakeholders.
Facilitate standups, planning meetings, sprint reviews, and delivery checkpoints.
Client Communication
Act as a coordination point between clients and internal delivery teams.
Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timelines clearly.
Ensure client expectations are managed and aligned with delivery plans.
Quality & Process Management
Monitor deliverables to ensure high standards of quality and completeness.
Identify risks early and work with teams to resolve issues.
Help improve delivery processes, documentation, and internal workflows.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with technical teams (data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)
Good understanding of project tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)
Ability to create clear documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Preferred qualifications:
Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML, software, or product development projects
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows
Basic understanding of data pipelines, analytics, or cloud technologies
Experience coordinating with clients or external stakeholders
