The Role

We are looking for a driven and high-performing Closing Manager to lead our real estate sales function. If you have strong experience in property sales, team handling, and closing high-value deals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to hit monthly & annual targets - Create and execute sales strategies to increase conversions - Handle high-value clients and end-to-end sales cycles - Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners - Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations - Track market trends and competitor strategies - Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts - Collaborate with marketing for campaigns - Guide & mentor junior team members - Ensure excellent post-sales service

What You Need:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing - 2+ years of real estate sales experience (plotted, residential, or commercial) - Strong negotiation & closing skills - Ability to handle a team and deliver results - CRM & MS Office knowledge - Target-driven mindset - Willing to travel locally
