Role Overview:
Drive business growth and sales through strategic acquisition, retention, and reactivation of customers. Focus on generating new sales, expanding existing accounts, activating local opportunities, and reviving lost clients to maximize revenue.
Note: Candidates with logistics industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Upsell services to existing ones
Activate customer accounts at the local level
Conduct regular customer and competitor analysis
Maintain strong client relationships
Ensure calendar discipline and timely meetings
What Were Looking For:
3–4 years of experience in business development role
Willingness to travel extensively with own conveyance
Excellent presentation and communication skills
CTC Criteria:
3.5–5LPA (based on experience and skills)
