Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Studio Designer

to join our creative team. The Studio Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and strong design execution across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Artwork Production

Create and adapt artworks for

print and digital assets

including packaging, brochures, posters, flyers, POSM, social media creatives, and brand collateral. Prepare

print-ready files

with correct bleed, trim, color modes, dielines, and resolution standards. Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all outputs. Print & Production Support Understand and manage

CMYK workflows, Pantone colors, overprint, trapping, and file pre-press requirements . Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams for file corrections and approvals. Assist in checking proofs, mockups, and production samples for accuracy. Creative Support Support senior designers and art directors in executing campaign layouts and design adaptations. Resize and localize creatives for multiple formats and markets. Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries. Quality & Process Ensure error-free output with attention to typography, alignment, and technical accuracy. Follow internal design workflows, naming conventions, and version control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of Corel Draw is a plus Strong understanding of

print production processes and file preparation . Knowledge of

color theory, typography, layout, and composition . Basic knowledge of dielines, packaging formats, and print finishing (foil, emboss, spot UV) is a plus. Experience & Education 3–5 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or print production environment. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
