Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced

Senior US IT Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates for C2C, W2, and 1099 roles.

Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (Contract / C2C / W2 / Full-time) Work on Direct Client and Implementation Partner requirements Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases Conduct initial screening and technical pre-evaluation Negotiate pay rates and manage offer rollouts Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients Maintain daily recruitment tracker and submit reports Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline Required Skills: Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) Experience working with ATS tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in night shifts (US EST/CST/PST) Strong understanding of US IT technologies (Java, .Net, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.)
