Role Overview We are looking for a

Frontend Tech Lead

who can own and scale our

React Native

frontend. You will design and build real-time user experiences, handle WebSocket-based systems, and deeply understand how things work on

Android and iOS

at the infra level. You will take end-to-end ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities Lead frontend architecture for a

real-time, multiplayer system Build and optimize

WebSocket-heavy

flows (live games, matchmaking, events) Own performance, latency, and UI consistency across Android, iOS, and Web Design state management for real-time updates and edge cases Debug complex production issues across devices and OS versions Work closely with backend and product teams on system design Set best practices, code standards, and review frontend PRs Mentor frontend engineers and help them grow

Requirements 4–7 years of frontend experience with strong ownership mindset Deep experience with

React Native

(production apps, not demos) Hands-on experience building

real-time systems using WebSockets Strong understanding of

Android and iOS internals

(threads, memory, lifecycle, background behavior) Experience handling performance issues, re-renders, and frame drops Good understanding of networking, retries, reconnection logic, and edge cases Experience with animations, gestures, and high-FPS UI is a big plus
