About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst (DA AC) with strong experience in claims data and commercial datasets. The role involves hands-on analytics, building data-driven insights, and leading the development of analytical frameworks while working closely with a team of data scientists and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and enhancement of analytical frameworks to solve business problems - Perform hands-on analysis of claims data and commercial datasets - Write and optimize SQL queries to answer complex business questions - Use Python for data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling - Apply basic machine learning algorithms for predictive and descriptive analytics - Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders - Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and insights - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analyses

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles - Strong experience working with claims data - Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) - Strong SQL skills for querying and data extraction - Experience with commercial datasets - Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work hands-on while guiding and collaborating with a team

Nice to Have

- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services domains - Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
