Role Description This is not a desk job. This is a deeply immersive, high-ownership role where you will: Design and implement

learning progams based on IKS Bring IKS alive through

assemblies, classrooms, events, and school culture Work closely with

school leadership, teachers, parents, and students Anchor and execute meaningful, long-term initiatives (not one-time workshops) Serve as the

bridge between Vyūha and the school ecosystem

Who This Role is For? We are looking for someone who: Has 2–3 years of experience in K-12 education Understands the rhythm of schools and enjoys working within it Can execute with ownership, not just ideate Is a strong communicator and relationship builder Has a genuine interest in Indian Knowledge Systems Most importantly, sees education as a sādhana, not just a profession

Qualifications Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills Experience in content development, curriculum design, or educational program planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively Familiarity with and a deep interest in Indian Knowledge Systems and educational innovation Proficiency in digital tools and technologies for remote and in-office collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Humanities, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an advantage
