Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Construction Industry

Job Summary
Responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating all commercial documentation, including bank guarantees (BG), e-invoices, e-way bills, and collections, ensuring timely payments and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, coordination and relationship management for ongoing and new construction projects.
Coordinate end-to-end process for Bank Guarantees (BG) – application, documentation, follow-up, renewals and closure with banks and clients.
Prepare, verify and manage e-invoices and e-way bills as per GST requirements.
Track outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and escalate delays where required.
Resolve billing and documentation issues through effective
problem
solving and coordination with internal teams (projects, accounts, site teams).
Maintain accurate records and MIS for BG, e-invoices, e-way bills and collections.
Candidate Profile
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in CRM/commercial coordination, preferably in the construction/infra industry.
Hands-on experience in BG documentation, e-invoicing, e-way bill generation and collections.
Strong
problem-solving
ability and ownership mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage
