BIM Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a BIM Engineer. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Revit Families, Building Information Models, creating detailed construction drawings, and ensuring coordination between multiple disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). The BIM Engineer will also be involved in clash detection, compliance with international codes and standards, and providing precise cost analysis to support construction processes.

Qualifications Parametric family creation in Revit Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques Experience in creating construction drawings and models Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems Familiarity with Architecture and Civil Engineering principles Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Understanding of international codes and standards is a plus
