We are looking for an experienced WebLogic Administrator to join a mission-critical banking environment supporting enterprise-grade middleware infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputed nationalized bank managing high-availability production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle WebLogic infrastructure

WebLogic patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance

Application deployment and un-deployment across environments

Performance tuning (JVM tuning, heap/thread dump analysis)

Administration of web servers: Apache, OHS (mandatory), IHS, Nginx

Integration of web servers with application servers

TLS/SSL implementation and certificate management

Monitoring configuration, proactive alerting, and health checks

Capacity planning and environment sizing

DR switchover and failover handling

Production support, outage management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Change management across pre-production and production environments

Participation in client meetings and technical discussions

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of overall IT experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on WebLogic administration experience

Strong troubleshooting expertise in production environments

Hands-on experience with Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) – Mandatory

Experience with WLST scripting

Strong knowledge of JVM tuning, heap dump, and thread dump analysis

Exposure to Apache / IHS / Nginx

Experience in DR and High Availability setups

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured banking environment

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

Candidate must hold a degree in IT or Computer Science in either:

Graduation: B.E./B.Tech (IT / Computer Science)

OR

Post-Graduation: M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA (IT / Computer Science)

Profiles without IT/CS specialization in either graduation or post-graduation will not be considered.
