Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Pharma Machines, Capsule FIlling Machine, Counting Line, Inspection Machines, Packaging Machines, and Printing Machines. - Coordinate with customers, sales, and production teams for smooth service operations. - Convince customers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure repeat business. - Analyze MIS reports, manage collections, projections, and compliance. - Develop new customers, especially in price-sensitive markets. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service reports. - Manage client interface and deliver value-added services. - Support internal branding and customer satisfaction initiatives. - This profile is in EXPORT Division. - Candidate from nearby vicinity will be preferred

Candidate Profile:

- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 5–8 years in service of Pharma machines automation/inspection/packaging machines. - Skills: Good communication and presentation skills. - Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise. - Ability to travel across India. - Go-getter attitude with customer-centric approach.
