Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, especially those related to new client deployments, migrations, technical configuration, and high-priority engineering workstreams. Lead day-to-day technical coordination across Implementation Engineering, Solutions Integration, and other Engineering and Delivery teams. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource alignment, ensuring visibility and accountability. Cross-Functional Communication Ensure clear and proactive communication of objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to internal technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide structured project updates, status reporting, and leadership-level summaries. Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational project risks. Escalate blockers appropriately and drive cross-team resolution paths for project-critical issues. Process & Systems Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline CES project workflows, technical handoffs, and cross-team coordination. Help standardize CES processes, training, and tools to improve execution efficiency and consistency across clients. Contribute to building out repeatable frameworks for deployments, configuration reviews, QA checks, and feature enablement. Coordination of the rollout of new or updated Qventus features to clients, including readiness assessment, client prioritization, and tracking progress to completion.
