Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to run a large-scale academic project independently. - A smooth Coordination with various cross-functional teams like HR, the Central academic team, Centre heads and ground team. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders, providing actionable insights. - The role involves optimizing strategies and analyzing faculty data. - Attention to increase the student satisfaction and utilization of faculty. - Track Record of faculty performance and utilization, and coordinate with respective stakeholders to help them in their academics. - Track Top & Bottom Performers and their progress. - Identify bottom-performing faculties and plan their actionable. - Maintaining real-time data of all the faculty members, including their complete info.
