Program Manager

We are seeking a structured and strategic Program Manager to orchestrate complex initiatives and drive operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that our product, sales, and marketing teams move in sync toward our organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a knack for process optimization, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for the HR Tech space. Program Planning & Execution: ● Define, plan, and execute cross-functional programs that align with PeoplePilot’s business objectives. ● Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables. ● Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early, deploying mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Job Description Cross-Functional Collaboration: ● Serve as the central point of contact between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams. ● Facilitate clear communication flows to ensure that product updates are effectively communicated to Sales and Marketing for seamless go-to-market execution. ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate high-level business goals into actionable project tasks. Process Optimization & Performance: ● Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve team productivity. ● Monitor and report on program health using data-driven insights to measure ROI, resource allocation, and project success rates.
