McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Financial Systems – PTP ERP. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ERP components that support the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment execution. The Manager partners with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements and ensures successful deployment and adoption of PTP-related ERP solutions. This position reports to the Director, Financial Systems – ERP and plays a key role in optimizing procurement and payment operations through technology enablement.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate procurement and payment needs into ERP system requirements. - Own the business solutions strategy and roadmap for PTP-related ERP modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance objectives. - Evaluate and determine the feasibility and value of proposed changes and enhancements. - Oversee deployment and support implementation, execution, and adoption of ERP solutions across the PTP lifecycle. - Lead user acceptance testing and configuration efforts, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. - Manage the design and documentation of technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and performance of PTP ERP modules. - Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and payment processes.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field - Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems or ERP implementation - English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) - Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes including vendor management, invoice processing, and payments - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination - Experience leading system configuration, testing, and deployment - Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Attention to detail and commitment to quality in financial technology systems
