Role 1: ERP–Kinaxis Integration Analyst/Developer (MFG/PRO)
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore
Engangement mode: Hybrid
Primary Skills:
Strong SQL for data validation/profiling and troubleshooting
Data mapping and integration analysis (field-level mappings, transformations)
Experience with enterprise system integrations (ERP ↔ planning/analytics tools)
Requirement clarification and documentation with business/IT stakeholders
Integration testing support (test cases, execution, defect documentation)
Secondary Skills:
Exposure to Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
Familiarity with ERP systems (MFG/PRO or similar) from a data/integration view
Experience with ETL/integration tools (Informatica, Talend, Boomi, MuleSoft, SSIS, etc.)
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps

Type of expertise:
Hands-on analyst/developer to support requirement refinement, mapping documentation, data validation, and Kinaxis integration testing for backlog clearance.
Role 2: ERP–Kinaxis Integration Tech Lead (MFG/PRO / ERP)
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore
Engagement mode: Hybrid
Primary Skills:
Strong, hands-on SQL for complex data validation and troubleshooting
Integration leadership/ownership (driving backlog from idea to done)
End-to-end data mapping and data lineage design/validation
Cross-team coordination (ERP, ETL, Kinaxis, business stakeholders)
Integration testing leadership (SIT/UAT coordination, defect triage)
Solid understanding of integration patterns (batch, APIs, messaging)
Secondary Skills:
Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
Familiarity with MFG/PRO or other ERPs in a supply chain/manufacturing context
Hands-on experience with ETL/integration platforms
Exposure to Agile/DevOps delivery models
Industry Preferred:

Type of expertise:
Hands-on Tech Lead to burn down Eaton’s backlog by refining requirements, validating data mappings, and coordinating delivery for Kinaxis ↔ ERP integrations (no ERP coding required).
Role 2: Kinaxis Solution Architect
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore
Engagement mode: Hybrid
Primary Skills:
Deep, hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solution architecture
Design of end-to-end Kinaxis–ERP/data platform architectures
Strong understanding of planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP) and data models
Modern integration architecture (APIs, ETL, microservices, event-driven)
Definition of architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Stakeholder engagement and translation of business needs into scalable designs
Secondary Skills:
Experience with large, global Kinaxis implementations
Knowledge of major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MFG/PRO) from an architecture/integration perspective
Cloud platform familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP integration services)
Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD in an enterprise context
Industry background in manufacturing, high-tech, automotive, life sciences, etc.

Type of expertise
Deep expertise in architecting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions and integrating them with ERPs and enterprise data platforms. Strong command of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP/IBP) and the Kinaxis data model, with the ability to translate business planning needs into scalable, secure, and cloud-aligned architectures. Experienced in defining standards, patterns, and governance for Kinaxis and integration landscapes.
