Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
operations across all projects
Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies from booking to possession and beyond
Drive
customer satisfaction, retention, and referral programs
Handle escalations, grievance redressal, and ensure timely issue resolution
Develop and monitor
SLA-driven service frameworks
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Legal teams for seamless customer experience
Implement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms)
Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead customer communication strategies (emails, calls, events, handovers)
Manage possession process, documentation, and customer onboarding
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate or related sectors
Strong experience in handling
high-value customers and large-scale projects
Proven leadership experience managing large CRM teams
Expertise in CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong understanding of real estate processes (booking, agreements, possession)
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent in Business / Marketing / Operations
Experience with premium / luxury real estate projects

Drive
