Location: Delhi/Gurgaon Job type: In Office Salary: 25-30k per month based on experience

Responsibilities Order Management: Daily packaging and shipping of orders and maintaining order details on the platform and liase with customer support team for timely customer communication Shipping: Coordination with different shipping partners in order to find the best shipping option and managing this shipping from our warehouse or drop shipping from artist partners where required Supplier management: Finding suppliers for our packaging as for other products and collaborations when required. Overall inventory management for different suppliers products Artist Management: Coordination with artists for order fulfilment where required MIS and tracking: Keep all logsitics MIS's and analytics updated to maintain our delivery timelines and TATs

Qualifications Familiarity with tech platforms like shopify, shiprocket and other logsitics partners platforms Detail oriented with a high focus on op Experience of 1-2 years in shipping and logistics in ecommerce Bachelor’s Degree in logistics and operations or related field Exceptional multi-tasking skills Great communicator (both written and verbal) Entrepreneurial with initiative and drive to have ownership on all tasks A passion to spread the ‘Idea of India’ globally and in India to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans Available immediately
