Senior Salesforce Developer

Full Time Location : Hyderabad, Telangana. At least 4 days a week to work from our office. Work timings:

2 pm - 11 pm Indian Standard Time.

Overview : We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development with a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce integration patterns. The candidate should be able to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and technical dependencies. Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and integration with external systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers and team members. Participate in code reviews and ensure that development standards and best practices are being followed. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations. Work with Salesforce administrators to ensure that the platform is configured to meet the needs of the business. Identify and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues, providing technical solutions and workarounds as needed. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

Experience and Expectations 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce integration patterns. Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations. Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Ability to lead design sessions and guide business stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong documentation and code-commenting discipline.
