Tiaraa Manali, a 71-key premium mountain resort overlooking Rohtang Valley & Beas River, is looking for a visionary General Manager to lead operations and scale performance.

- 71 well-appointed rooms & suites with balcony views - Conference halls + 4,500 sq. ft. lawn - Leisure + honeymoon + family destination - Spa, restaurant & bar

We Need a Leader Who:

- Understands high-season mountain resort dynamics - Can drive premium positioning & ADR growth - Manages seasonality with strong revenue strategy - Builds experiential guest journeys

Key Focus Areas:

- Revenue optimization during peak seasons - Off-season marketing strategy - F&B profitability - Online reputation management - Team leadership & service culture development

Ideal Profile:

- 12–18 years of hospitality experience - Strong hill-station resort background preferred - Commercially driven with operational depth
