Role Overview We are looking for a Program Manager who will own cross-functional execution across product, tech, sales, marketing, operations, and external partners at Truck Junction. This role is critical in driving on-time delivery, operational excellence, and business outcomes across multiple high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Ownership & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs including product launches, growth initiatives, and partnerships.

• Break large initiatives into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops teams.

• Act as a single point of coordination across stakeholders.

Planning, Tracking & Reporting

• Define KPIs, success metrics, and dashboards.

• Run weekly and monthly program reviews with leadership.

Process & Efficiency

• Improve execution processes, documentation, and standardisation.

• Drive automation and efficiency wherever possible.
