Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – OEM (Lithium Battery Segment)

Indore (Madhya Pradesh)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Key Accounts Manager – OEM
to drive growth in the Lithium battery segment. The ideal candidate will have strong OEM sales experience and abackground in the battery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key OEM accounts within the Lithium battery segment
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM clients
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless customer support
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
OEM Sales (mandatory)
Strong background in the
Battery industry (mandatory)
Experience in Lithium battery segment preferred
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen with a revenue-focused mindset
Willingness to travel as required
