About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the overall human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong HR processes, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Alignment Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization. Regularly interact with management to understand business requirements and workforce needs. Support current and future business needs through effective human capital development, engagement, and retention strategies. Align HR initiatives with organizational growth and performance objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process through internal and external sourcing channels, as per hiring guidelines. Conduct interviews for both technical and non-technical positions. Source suitable candidates through head-hunting, LinkedIn, company mapping, employee referrals, job portals, and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation Manage onboarding processes and joining formalities, including documentation and statutory compliance. Issue HR letters such as Letter of Intent (LOI), Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, Increment Letters, Relieving Letters, etc. Maintain and update personnel files, employee databases (soft and physical records), and employment documentation. Conduct structured induction programs to familiarize new joiners with company policies and procedures.

4 . HR Operations & Administration Oversee attendance management, payroll coordination, and salary administration. Ensure accurate documentation of HR processes through HRMS software. Maintain MIS reports related to employment status changes, new joiners, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations. Handle employee database management and file administration.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance. Implement talent engagement and employee development initiatives. Introduce innovative solutions to enhance employee motivation and engagement. Conduct and analyze Employee Satisfaction Surveys to improve workplace culture.

Employee Relations & Compliance Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace concerns. Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures as required. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Manage exit formalities, including exit interviews and Full & Final settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications
