as part of the early team to support business acquisition and global submission processes.

Position Overview
This is a
pure bid management and proposal operations role , responsible for managing the
end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions
for architectural and design projects across India projects.
The role sits at the core of the firm’s
business acquisition engine , ensuring that all submissions are
structured, compliant, accurate, and delivered within strict timelines .
You will work closely with design, technical, finance, and leadership teams in the India office, acting as the
central coordinator for all bid-related activities .
This role is ideal for professionals from Architecture firms mainly & before that with
EPC, PMC, engineering consultancy, or real estate advisory backgrounds
looking to transition into a global design firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end bid lifecycle , including RFP/RFQ receipt, planning, coordination, and final submission
Analyse tender documents to identify
key requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission structures
Prepare and manage
bid trackers, timelines, and submission checklists
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, technical, finance, leadership) to ensure
timely and accurate inputs.
Compile and structure complete proposal documents including:
1> Company credentials
2> Project sheets
3> Project Team Profiles
Supporting documentation
Ensure
strict compliance with client requirements, formats, and submission guidelines
Maintain
version control, documentation accuracy, and consistency across submissions
Conduct final quality checks to ensure
error-free and complete submissions
Manage submissions across platforms (online portals / email / physical submissions)
Maintain a
repository of past bids, templates, and standard documents
Continuously improve internal bid processes and documentation systems

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
3–6 years of experience in
bid management / tendering / proposal coordination roles
Prior experience working on
RFP / RFQ / tender submissions is mandatory
Strong understanding of
bid processes, compliance requirements, and documentation standards
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage
high-stakes submissions under tight deadlines
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with
tender portals and submission systems
Exposure to architecture / real estate / infrastructure sectors is a must have.
