RCM expert

with a strong track record managing U.S. medical billing operations? We’re hiring a

full-time RCM Operations Manager

to lead and scale our end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This is a

remote position based in India , working closely with our U.S. leadership and client practices.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years

of hands-on experience in

end-to-end U.S. medical RCM , including: Eligibility & benefits verification Authorization management Charge entry & coding review Claims submission & clearinghouse workflows Payment posting Denial management A/R follow-up and patient collections 3+ years in a leadership role

(Assistant Manager or Manager level) Proven experience managing

RCM teams and processes Strong working knowledge of EMRs, clearinghouses, and U.S. payer workflows Excellent communication and coordination skills with U.S.-based clients

Role Responsibilities

Oversee and manage full RCM cycle for assigned clients Lead, train, and monitor a team of billers, AR callers, and coders Ensure high performance on key metrics: clean claims rate, denial rate, collections, etc. Coordinate with internal and client-side teams to resolve issues quickly Implement process improvements and SOPs to scale operations Work in

U.S. time zones
