Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out construction activities at our Kochi location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and have a track record of delivering high value projects with quality and within schedule.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution for MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out works. Coordinate with contractors, architects, PMCs, clients, and government departments. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or execution-related issues. Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Lead and motivate the project team for effective performance.

Qualifications Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out projects. Proven ability to independently manage and deliver high-value projects. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, PMCs, and clients. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Familiarity with government regulations and statutory requirements related to construction.

Preferred Skills MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling and tracking. AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting. Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Planner. Familiarity with ERP systems or construction management platforms is an advantage.
