ZealLuxe Technologies is hiring a Strategy & Growth Manager for one of our clients — a fast-growing authentic Indian food brand looking to scale nationally and internationally.

What You'll Do: • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and offline retail • Lead brand building through storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement • Drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy • Optimize supply chain operations and manage distributor/retailer relationships • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, performance marketing) • Support fundraising efforts with investor-ready business plans and growth projections • Conduct regular field visits to distributors, retail partners, and market locations • Travel across states for business development, partner meetings, and market expansion activities

What We're Looking For: • MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Marketing, or Business Management • 5-10 years of experience in strategy, growth, or business development • Proven track record in scaling brands across online and offline channels • Hands-on experience with e-commerce and digital marketing • Strong analytical skills — pricing, P&L management, and financial modeling • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a growing company • Willingness to travel extensively, including cross-state field visits as required

✨ Nice to Have: • Experience in the food & beverage or FMCG industry is a strong plus • Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, export compliance, and food safety standards • Tamil Nadu market knowledge • Experience with government schemes (MSME, Startup India, APEDA) • Existing network in the food industry • Exposure to international markets

Location: Madurai (Remote/Hybrid) Type: Full-time Travel: Regular field visits and cross-state travel required
