Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused
Sr. Executive โ HR Operations
to oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance for our Saltlake location. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and the capability to drive HR best practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate will take care of HR operations end-to-end, ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes, foster a positive work environment, drive engagement initiatives, and uphold organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including
onboarding, induction, documentation, ID creation
, and
exit formalities
(exit interviews, FNF coordination).
Maintain 100% accuracy in HRIS data (employee records, personal data, attendance, payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, tax data, performance reviews).
Ensure timely processing and closure of all HR operational tasks, audits, and compliance requirements.
2. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
Provide guidance, conflict resolution, and coaching to employees and managers.
Conduct investigations related to
grievances, misconduct, harassment, discrimination
, and policy violations.
Ensure fairness, objectivity, and adherence to statutory and organizational guidelines.
3. Policy Governance & Compliance
Ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across the Saltlake site.
Collaborate with the corporate HR team to update policies, SOPs, and HR frameworks.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, statutory regulations
, and company standards.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive employee engagement programs, events, and communication initiatives.
Build a culture of transparency, trust, and employee well-being.
Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and retention.
5. HR Reporting & Analytics
Publish periodic HR dashboards (attendance, attrition, hiring, grievances, productivity trends).
Present insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
6. Stakeholder Partnership
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Admin, L&D, TA, Leadership).
Manage external interactions as required (auditors, consultants, statutory bodies).
Requirements & Skills
4โ6 years of experience in
HR Operations
,
Employee Relations
, or similar HR roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS / HRIS systems
.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
