At Shephertz, we’re looking for an

MBA

(Sales/Marketing) with 6–12 months of experience who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and work closely with the founder on initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who feels their current role is too structured or slow and wants real exposure to how businesses scale.
